Of course! We make sure that what we spray is 100% family and pet friendly. There's no need to leave the premises, we just ask that you cover pet bowls and fish tanks in the case of any spray drift.

You may still find the occasional creepy crawly, please note though, once the pest has passed over a treated surface, it might take up 30 minutes to an hour to enter its system, just depending on the pest. If you are still finding evidence of pests such as droppings, cobwebs, ect. we will be happy to come out and assess the situation and proceed from there.

Our general insect treatment should last somewhere between 8-10 months, depending on the circumstances and the amount of insect traffic there is. For instance, a home next to a building site will have far more insect movement in the area opposed to a house that is not next to a building site. Please note though, our chemicals do have a 6 month warranty on them so if in that 6 months you are still seeing activity, please let us know and we can come out and look further.

our rodent stations and baits are as safe as we can be. They are sodium baits and only react once when the rodent ingests it, this means that if you have a pet that likes to play or eat mice, it is safe to do so without any secondary poisoning from the baits. Being that our baits are sodium based, it also means that they need a water source to activate, meaning a lot less chance of having unwanted odors stuck in wall cavities and ceilings.

At this time, you can currently pay via direct deposit, using the banking details on the bottom of our invoices or of course with cash on the day. In the future we will be looking at being able to take payments via eftpos on site as well.
